Our office is firmly committed to your active involvement in your foot and ankle treatment program. During your rehabilitation process, various forms of therapeutic exercise and range of motion techniques will be utilized. We blend the strengths of various exercise traditions, including Yoga, Pilates and more traditionally based exercise philosophies to maximize your therapeutic exercise effect. Our goal is for you to be able to incorporate an individual exercise regimen into your daily living. By doing this, you will not only maintain but hopefully increase the progress made in our office which will help you to prevent future recurrence of your condition.Please refer to the following video links to help assist you with your office-based/ home treatment plan.
